Wow TNT thats rude!

Well, I sent a ticket to the TNT team a week ago and still no response! Granted that it was on a weird subject (my old account. sigh...) I would expect a reply saying we are still working on it, can't be fixed, or just ignored. But noOoOoooo! Nothing. Way to help my feelings TNT! :sad02:

It all varies so much. The last ticket I sent in, it took them a week and a half to look into a Neomail warning I got, and tell me it was a glitch and I shouldn't have gotten it, and it wasn't even showing on my account.

 

Then my previous 2 tickets, they answered the same day, even though both were submitted on Sundays.

No a ticket, like a problem... not a purchased ticket! lol!

 

No, he means ticket. lol. TNT messed up on one of his Team Challenges.

Give them 3 weeks max, if they still don't do anything after that, close the old ticket and send in a new one. They set their priorities, and might forget older tickets sometimes. So yes, unless you've gotten an email saying that they're working on it, just wait a couple of weeks and 'restart' your ticket.

I'm currently waiting for them to fix my Altador plot problem. Never got any of the rewards despite it being shown as finished. (No site theme, no avi, no trophy, no items, etc.) On the third ticket now, and finally they've said they're looking into it. But that was still almost three weeks ago.

Ouch....I dont really like some of the stuff they do either....

like the fact that unless you have old as crap firefox, you cant use their toolbar. Its been years since Firefox 1.5. Time to upgrade guys : /

Yeah, that annoys me, too... I want to use the toolbar because of Tarla, but no...
