Angeló
How do you imagine a Maraquan Peophin to look like ??? All pets , when painted Maraquan , change into Aquatic creatures , but Peophins are already aquatic ..... so .. how do you imagine them ??? Xerophyte
Heheh, I'll go the obvious route and say "like a seahorse". :P

Xerophyte
Oh, for some reason I forgot about that. Perhaps that's why the Peophin has yet to be awarded a Maraquan form - it obviously would have suited it better.
Tank Girl
Hmm.. Maybe a Dolphin? I know that Flotsams resemble them a bit more but I've always pictured Maraquan Flotsams as Narwhals or Balugas :) I hope they do something similar to that, would be cool! ahtaxotep
You know how petpets from a specific area are classed as having that colour - for example, basic Quetzals are counted as Island petpets by the rainbow pool - maybe Peophins are a bit like that, assumed to be Maraquan so can't have a Maraquan variation? This is my thinking, too. There was a similar question asked/answered in the editorial from today: During a recent visit to the Rainbow Pool, I was surprised to realize that Grarrls and Chombies can't be painted Tyrannian. Scorchios, Shoyrus, and Draiks (the three dragon Neopets) can all be painted Tyrannian, but Grarrls and Chombies (the two dinosaur Neopets) can't be painted Tyrannian. Could you please rectify this problem, allowing our Grarrl and Chomby friends to walk throughout their homeland of Tyrannia in awesome prehistoric colours? Thanks in advance. ~insaniac747 Chombies, Grarrls, and Pteris are already native species to Tyrannia, which is why there's currently no paint brush to make them "more" Tyrannian. It sounds like this is what a maraquan peophin looks like lol

I was kinda disappointed ..... but at least I can still dream of a Marcatite color for my beloved Peophin
