I tried to play "Attack of the Slorgs" for the first time today, and I can get the game to load to the first menu screen, but when I click "Play Game" nothing happens. If I click it enough times I get an error message saying there's something wrong with the playback, or something like that. I have Shockwave installed, so I don't think that's it. Is this a problem other people are having, or is it just me? Should I just try again later, or is there something I can do to fix this? Thanks!
Ethelune Posted February 3, 2011 Posted February 3, 2011 I have the exact same problem! :S Also, Gourmet Club Bowls doesn't work for me, either. Nothing loads at all, even though I have the latest version of Shockwave installed.

antiaircraft Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 Unfortunately this is normal behaviour for the Shockwave player - it's extremely buggy, and it's a rare occasion when someone manages to get a Shockwave game working with it. <_< You may be able to get slightly better results by playing around with different browsers and settings, but that's about it.

Unstream Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 Yeah, I have the same problem with Shockwave, which was upsetting cause I really wanted the avatar. Shockwave only recommends closing all other programs and reinstalling both shockwave and flash. Trying other browser like AA mentioned would probably be helpful too. Shockwave has an FAQ that you can read if you'd like, to maybe find another solution. http://www.shockwave.com/help/faq_flashplayer.jsp

zoologynerd Posted February 7, 2011 Posted February 7, 2011 ive hardly ever had a problem playing a flash game. although, castle defenders or whatever (when you shoot cannon balls at a castle) never seems to work. but i can play gcb without a problem. did so yesterday.
