Can't Edit User Information

For some reason I cannot seem to edit my user/account information. I want to add a layout to my userlookup, but every time I try I get the red error oops thing and a message that say: "Error: We cannot update your personal information"

 

I know my password is right and that I'm tryping it correctly. This has been going on for awhile now. Any idea what's wrong how I can fix it? :sad01_anim:

I read on the Neoboards that if you log out, then log back in and try to edit your profile... it should magically work :)

I had to do this multiple times, it worked! I've been getting logged off frequently too!

I don't understand why TNT just doesn't try to fix it. lol

Maybe they tried to fix it but it didn't work, so they gave up? Haha, I don't know. I had the same problem too, but now I don't have any problems so. Maybe it'll eventually go away for you guys too?

It seems likely that this is a transient issue with client-side sessions, or a database glitch that would require too much computing power to repair all in one go. :yes:
