shyplague
Does anyone have a cheap jetsam solution? I'm horribly impatient with people not replying to trading post offers. :( I don't care color/mutant status, as it's getting snowed on as soon as it is born. Avatars here I come. :laughingsmiley:

Octopus
Congratulations to getting that jetsam! I get impatient too when people don't reply to my offers. I know there's a bajillion reasons for people not replying, but a simple 'no thank you' is always nice.
shyplague
Thanks for your wishes! I always understand why people are so slow, there are a lot of things they could be doing... but I wish they would just reject my offer if it's too low so I can try again or something. I'm just impatient, I know it's a problem. I wish stores could hold things with higher prices so we could just buy it from a store and be over it. I get that some people think haggling is fun... but i don't. Good luck on finding a new pet you like!

I'm not that patient myself but I don't like it when people withdraw their offers because they don't hear back from me in 8 hours or so. I try to keep offers for a day or two if necessary, don't want people to feel the same way about me bailing out. Having a shop that can hold high prices would solve that. ^I know! It only takes 3 seconds to write NTY GLT (I'd write that out as I don't like writing super-short replies).

I wonder why TNT decided to cap shop limits. i understand obviously like for really high priced stuff not everyone has pure, but upping it a bit would actually be really nice. picky_nut
I was asking myself the same question... Probably they don't want people to get rich too quickly... But we can buy stuff with pure np on the trading post, so I don't think it's the answer...

But the trading post is capped too. 800k pure. and auctions take a lot longer :/
shyplague
maybe it's so we stay on the site longer... Yeah, I don't wait 8 hours on any trade. I want my answer in about 2 minutes if it says they're online. A couple of times when I had trades up, people would NM me and ask if I was online so they could bid, I guess I should do that so I know if they're going to accept my offer ahead of time and that they were online so I didn't have to worry about it or look like a jerk for withdrawing.
