Okay, I'm so confused. I'm trying to make a petpage, but I have no clue on how to make one. Does anyone know where to find a good tutorial or something? All I have for it is a picture. :S

Well, petpage are basically a webpage host on the Neopets server.

 

For the sake of your sanity, learn some CSS and HTML ;)

 

It might be helpful to do a full wireframe of your design before coding it.

If you need help coding, you should definitely check out echoecho.com. great, easy to follow instructions for a number of things. It saved my life in high school computer technology classes :P
