Error: We cannot update your personal information

I keep getting that message when trying to change my password/userlookup <_<

I've logged out and in, many times. Reset the internet cache, cleaned cookies, cleaned temporary files, and I just can't figure out how to fix it

any help?

That's frequently happened to me too, but it usually clears up when I log out/log in. Have you tried using a different browser? If that doesn't work, I'd suggest sending in a ticket to TNT and hopefully they can do something about it.

Thats been happning alot to people on Neopets. Its a bug you think they would have fixed by now. I know alot of others have had it happen, try the Help section of the boards on Neopets. If there is a solution out there, someone there should know it.

It took me three days of constant trying and clearing cashe and logging in and out before it fixed itself <_< patience is a virtue I guess...

I just had to wait a few days for it to pass.

Try logging out and then logging back in. That seems to be the fix for a lot of people.

Maybe I should read better LOL I'd send in a ticket about it if it's still persisting :)
