Cannot update your personal information.

Yesterday, I tried to change my userlookup, but it kept on saying 'Cannot update your personal information'

I thought, I'd leave it until today, but it still says the same thing. Anyone know why? Or what I could do so it does change?

Can you post the full code that you are trying to post on your userlookup? It would be easier that way to narrow down what is the problem :)

I've had it too but it's been doing it to me for about 2 weeks I sent in a ticket 2 days ago so I'm waiting to hear back
