The Top Avatar Collector or something? But as others have said, it comes up when randomly trying on clothes on the NC Mall. You don't need to buy anything. I didn't get a RE for it, it was just in my list. Quote

I accessed the wireless and I went crazy for the NC Mall .. I had 300 NC cash - spent them all and I also got this snazzy avatar ... then I was charged 40 Euros ($60) for 15 minutes of internet .. ha ha ha :sad01_anim: Quote
