I remember in the past the bloody ghost toast and pumpkin toast was very rare, and I thought a Halloween PB or rare Petpet was given to a lucky few. Nobody was on Neopets last Halloween??? The bags are called Cute n Creepy Trick-or-Treat Bag. There was an actual Halloween event for most of October, which gave out many 'prizes'.
