Problems after updates 17/09/2010??

I believe that new registrations may be temporary offline as they were switching to a new system (hence the downtime). There has been many errors with the new system remembering passwords, etc. I'm sure TNT will address this soon.

For now, I think the only option is to try a little later :(

I was about to FREAK! It said I was frozen, I panicked, checked my Pet's Look-Up, it was still there, checked my UL, it was still there. Odd. I was in the process of submitting a ticket when I remembered that they said that they were moving Logins yaddy yaddy ya.

Yeah. I read that some people on charter's theory is that if you've had your account frozen before, but weren't frozen at the time, the new system is going through so much work right now that it "sees" that you're still frozen - like it's cache is mixed up. (Not sure how that works but that's what they've collected after chatting amongst themselves).

Welcome back, everyone! As you may have noticed, the site was down for a bit over the past few hours for updates.

Good news: the site is back up. Hooray!

Since we've come back online_ some of you might have been notified your account is frozen when you attempted to log in. If this shouldn't apply to you, sorry! We're looking into the issue right now and will clear it up as soon as possible. In the meantime, you don't need to submit a ticket to support about this. We'll keep you posted either here or in news as we work things out. Thanks for your patience!
