I'm confused about the petpet.

It's supposed to be a ghostkerfish, as it was one of the pets that was turned into a new pet. >_>

It's one of the old petpets. If it was removed, it would change into the Ghostkerfish.

Apparently it IS an OLD petpet...here is what I found, courtesy of 100bottles (GREAT petpet guide, btw)

 

Replaced Maraquan Petpets

After the destruction of Maraqua in 2001, many Maraquan Petpets (originally released Oct 2000) took refuge on Mystery Island where they found a new home in The Rock Pool. They were redesigned, renamed and are now considered Mystery Island Petpets. With the rise of New Maraqua a whole new line of Maraquan Petpets began in June 2005 (and without the fishbowls).

The Sluggo became a Ghostkerfish

I didn't know that there had been a petpet redesign, but I figured it was from old Maraqua. It's too bad TNT changed it. The Sluggo is absolutely adorable. I like it more than the Ghostkerfish. I wish I could still get one. :(

I didn't know that there were old petpets, either! Although personally, I think I like the Ghostkerfish better than the Sluggo. I think it's cute.

Honestly, I think I like the Sluggo better too. >> It's adorable in a totally weird way.
