crystallll
Around where I live (china.) everyone still knows about twilight but they'd rather kill him than marry him. I'm aware of the whole thing with edward in the United states, and it still makes me wonder what's so good about edward? I read this article/comic thing (it was really funny) about "how twilight works." And the guy said that the whole point was to make this dream guy (and just to make it more interesting she made him a vampire) that every girl would want to have because he would always understand her feelings and put her in front of everyone else. Isn't that what everyone wants? I know it was only a comic, but it makes a lot of sense.
Noog
I think that vampires are way too overrated, and any positive image of vampires has been ruined by twilight. After the breaking dawn movie is released, I'm sure a new craze will show up, perhaps better, perhaps worse.
crystallll
I bet the movie breaking dawn is going to be rated R, i REFUSE to watch it, reading about it was bad enough.... why meyer do this? i guess she never thought that her books would be this popular, even amoungst little children. It sets such a horrible example for teenagers... But yes, vampires are quite awesome... when theyre evil. or at least not like in twilight
kathleen_a_b
I never had much interest in vampires. Then the twilight books came out, and everyone was saying how they were so good, so I read them. and they are so overhyped, i can hardly believe it. They aren't half as good as people say; they're just another romance series, and they're poorly written. Now I'm kind of annoyed with all the vampire stuff that's come out recently. It's just a fad that will blow over eventually, and no one will remember the twilight type vampires, only the classic vampires.
