A dragon with a good ratio will generally hatch when it has 4 to 3 days left. The new system has a "dice roll" effect with each click and view. At first, it is unlikely for an egg to hatch, but as time and clicks accumulate, the chance gets higher and higher. Even so, two eggs from the same laying with the same number of clicks and views could hatch at completely different times. This makes the site less linear and gives the dragons a little more personality. Basically, there's no set number. As long as you keep getting views and unique views, you should be fine.
