Strange things happen

I decided to start leveling up my pet's HP levels.. so he finished a course, I started a new one and needed codestones. I purchased one and go to look up the other I need only to be told by the Fountain Faerie that I am cheating. I guess I got the first one when I viewed someone's shop but didn't realize it due to all the formatting on the shop..

 

But it doesn't end there! I went to my inventory out of habit and find a mystical codestone on the floor - the second one that I needed.

 

So now I have an unknown Fountain Faerie quest (omg what do I pick to paint?) and found the codestone to finish up my pet's training ^_^

 

Purple Lutari Shoes are what I am required to find.. (I already found, thanks to whoever gave me a pair as well!)

Your lucky. I have been wanting to one of those for forever. I would totally use it to get my dream pet. But i would have to trade since i want an UC.

I'm undecided about what I want to get, don't really have a dream pet because I got my ideal pet many years ago.

Maybe you should just look at random painted pets at the rainbow fountain and see if anything interests you. :)

I would love a UC plushie draik. I of course would need a lot of np to back up a trade like that though.

 

EDIT: Oh are you an avatar collector. If you are i would say go for the Buzz avatar.

A few days ago I was asking myself if I would actually paint a Buzz if I were lucky enough to get a FFQ.. and I decided I couldn't do it.. so when I got this tonight, I asked myself again and I just can't do it, it seems wasteful (ok, I just really don't like Buzzes lol). I was contemplating waiting until the Magma color was released on the offchance that they could be painted via the fountain.

Wow that's really lucky!!! I guess you could paint it if you know what your dream pet is... Otherwise, I guess you could paint the really expensive colours like pirate, plushie or maraquan? And yeah, waiting for magma is quite a gd idea too! :)

If you still want the Buzzin' avatar, but you don't want a Buzz, you could always trade someone a Buzz custom, using your FFQ and getting you the avatar, for another special pet.

As a reward for completing the quest, the Fountain Faerie will allow a user to paint one Neopet almost any colour (Ice, MSP, Quiguki, Robot, Royal, Sponge, and Usuki are not available).

that's awesome! i got my first FFQ about a month ago and decided on a coconut jubjub because they're so darn cute. But i collect avatars as well, and now am hoping to get another one so I can paint a pink Buzz lol. Good luck choosing!

I would love to have my first FFQ. I didn't think about the buzz custom either. It seems a little more worth it now. Of course i think i would still want to use it to get a UC plushie draik if i could.
