Romiress Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 The worst has happened. In a routine pounding to change my pet to my side account, it got picked up by someone else, even though I was instantaneous with my attempt to grab. Only issue is, they're under 13 - There has to be a way to contact them, isn't there? Quote
Batman Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 Wow bad luck. Maybe try looking into the guild they are in. I really don't know how to contact them. That is my best idea. Quote
Romiress Posted November 1, 2009 Author Posted November 1, 2009 Thanks for the suggestion. I posted on his guild board and sent him a transfer. Here's hoping. A bit of an update: The guy who grabbed my pet had their account frozen. What's the best way to contact TNT to see if I could get her back? Unlikely, but any possibility is better then none. Ruto Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 Unfortunately, I don't think TNT will give her back to you. The pet was pounded and it was fair game to anyone out there. Being on a frozen account doesn't mean she's yours again. The person could've been falsely frozen and are trying to get their account back. How fair would it be if they got it back and found out their pet was missing? This is why you need to use the transfer feature, so stuff like this doesn't happen. I'm sorry for your loss. :( Quote
Romiress Posted November 3, 2009 Author Posted November 3, 2009 Bah, was hoping to try - I know in the old days, 8+ years ago now, they were fairly sympathetic. I hadn't considered that the transfer feature would basically stpo them from transfering them again. Ah well. Quote
evilgoatmonster Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 Sorry for you not getting your pet back. There is really no way of getting in touch with them even if that person get their account back. Quote
