Just google for 'web proxy' and find a proxy that shows neopets you're in the US. It won't get you frozen. (at least, I've been using that technique quite a lot and I've not been warned/frozen) Quote

hrtbrk Posted October 11, 2009 Posted October 11, 2009 There's a glitch, I believe, so that might be why you cannot seem to refresh at the right time. The people who received them prior to the mall shutting down have had theirs disappear from their inventory. Not too sure what's going on there... haha SPOOKY! muhahaha Quote

The people who put theirs in their SDB's got to keep them i think. This seems to be the likely story circulating the boards now. Quote

They haven't even mentioned them in the news or at the NC mall, so I'm sure they will be coming around later. Just check in every so often, especially as it gets closer to Halloween, and I'm sure you'll catch them. Quote
