Just google for 'web proxy' and find a proxy that shows neopets you're in the US. It won't get you frozen. The people who received them prior to the mall shutting down have had theirs disappear from their inventory. They haven't even mentioned them in the news or at the NC mall, so I'm sure they will be coming around later. I got mine only moment ago, and as far as I can tell they are in the mall right now, so go grab one! Just as a side note, the super sale has been updated once more to include other clothing items.
