NOTE: Some people's pets aren't appearing in the drop-down list before they battle. To fix this, just unequip then re-equip an item. (proved by an editorial) This is due to the vast overload on Neopets' servers.

They took me ages, but if you keep trying I'm sure you could get it. The battledome's a pain at the moment, but at least its loading for me. Mostly.
