I think it gives out either NP, one of six special plushies (Faerie Bori, Faerie Cybunny, Faerie Techo, Discarded Tuskaninny, Resewn Shoyru, and Ripped Moehog), any toy under R90, fill your active up, make it sad, or nothing.
