Strawberri Posted July 25, 2009 Posted July 25, 2009 Hey I live in Canada and I went to Toys'R'Us to buy a Neocash card. I was pretty sheepish when I went to the counter to ask about them (hoping it looked like I might be buying it for a child or cousin and not for myself!). The shop assistant said that they don't sell the cards (and that two "little" girls were asking about Neocash cards just before me!). Has anyone in Canada bought Neocash cards? It would be great if you could buy them online! Thanks :)
Xepha Posted July 25, 2009 Posted July 25, 2009 I have :) But not in Toy'R'Us. I go to Pharmaprix (Shoppers Drug Mart)
Masaryk Posted July 25, 2009 Posted July 25, 2009 I also saw them at Shoppers Drug Mart. (My city doesn't have a Toys'R'Us). They only had 10$ cards at my Shoppers store, though. I hope you have better luck. I thought Zellers was supposed to sell them, but I haven't seen them there, either. Also, I think that 7-11 has them, but there isn't one in my city, so I don't know for sure.
Strawberri Posted July 25, 2009 Author Posted July 25, 2009 Thanks for the tip about Shoppers (I'm in Vancouver and there are lots of those stores)! I hadn't thought to try them. Do they keep them at the counter, or with the toys?
Xepha Posted July 25, 2009 Posted July 25, 2009 They keep it with all the prepaid card... (like itunes, clothing stores, prepaid visa...)
Strawberri Posted July 25, 2009 Author Posted July 25, 2009 Great! I'm going to try today. Thank you again! They keep it with all the prepaid card... (like itunes, clothing stores, prepaid visa...)
Deepti M. Posted July 25, 2009 Posted July 25, 2009 If you guys have Target over there in Canada, they sell them there too.
DiamondZ Posted July 25, 2009 Posted July 25, 2009 i think they only sell them at shopper drug marts and 7-11. Well as far as know
~Mike~ Posted July 25, 2009 Posted July 25, 2009 I was just in vancouver with my girlfriend to see the no doubt concert last week and they had neocash cards in the 7-elevens that we saw
Strawberri Posted August 27, 2009 Author Posted August 27, 2009 Thanks everyone for your help! I picked up a neocash card today and my pets are now fully customized! yay :) I was just in vancouver with my girlfriend to see the no doubt concert last week and they had neocash cards in the 7-elevens that we saw This post has been edited by a member of staff (Stephanie*) because of a violation of the forum rules. chelsea_ann89 Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 Now you don't need to get a Neocash card to get Neocash though. :D You can buy Neocash with a credit card online, instead of just Paypal as it used to be.
C.A.V. Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 Drugstores, pharmacies and 7-11 oh my! But I was at 7-11 the other day for collectible slurpie cups (I love WWE!) and I didn't see the cards.
stephie23 Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 We don't have Target here in Canada. Also I have not seen any cards at Toys'r'us, Zellers, Walmart, or 7-11. Nor for that matter any neo merchanside. I have been trying to get the space faerie as a challenger, but I can't seem to get a hold of any merchandise (and therefore codes) to do so! :( Every time I go to one of those stores I look for neopets stuff, but they just tell me they don't sell it! :( Anyone else have the same problem?
Guest Alan Shore Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 I will just answer your question. If you can't find anything in stores, try to search the Avatar Chat/BD Chat to see if anyone is giving away codes. Otherwise buy merchandise on ebay or something. Now enough grave digging, please.
