I believe the only way is to obtain one via the Lab Ray. :( Quote

I accidently created a Kiko on the wrong account, and my other account is too young to adopt LEs. I really liked the name I chose, but, unfortunately, this Kiko will have to go. If anyone is wanting a Kiko, and can't get one today, Moonlapse_Vertigo is UFA. He's on my main, if you want to check him out. My transfer isn't open either, so it will have to be a pound pass. I have since created a Kiko on my side account, but accidently created her with the wrong name. Oh, well. The name I chose was good enough. Quote
