Guild Layout Coding Help?

I just used TDN Guild Layout Tutorial, I got this code, but when I use it, I just see the top image, and where the text goes its grey..

 

What am I doing wrong?

I can see your text fine, on a green background - no grey D: What browser do you use?

yep,what I see is green.no grey at all.It really probably is a problem on the browser.
