Yes you can get a Lutari from the labray... Chavaun spent some time as a Lutari when I was labbing him xD

Yes, but the chances of you getting one in the near future are low. lol Who knows, you might get one on your first zap or you might get one in a few months etc.

Yes you can randomly get it with the lab ray,although the chances are VERY low.

also, in neopets mobile,you must be from america to access Lutari Island.My neofriend uses his phone to access neopets,but he cant get to lutari island because he's in australia.:(

You can get a lutari from the lab ray, but like they sad it's very rare, and depends entirely on luck. If you really want a Lutari, your best bet is buying a Morphing Potion, but you could also adopt one on Lutari Day. People are not able to trade Lutari's as they "don't want to leave their owners" and if you try to pound, you can pound, but they don't stay in the pound and instead run away.
