What the!!!

:grrr: :grrr: :grrr: I play Neopets all day every day since I'm pretty much bed bound at the moment and my account got frozen for cheating when I havnt done bugger all wrong! Not only that but my sister and friends accounts got frozen too! I'm so [removed] annoyed about this! Anyone else ever get frozen for something random?

I am realkly sorry about this, Can you remember anything that you did that may made TNT freeze you?

 

I think it only got disabled and you can get your account if you fill a form or is getting frozen and disabling the same?

WOW!!! Anger!!! Just calm down and ask TNT about the problem. Make a side account if you don't have one and contact them about the problem. Mkae sure the new account is over 13yrs olds

First, take deep breaths. i was angry too when my account was frozen, but you might get it back. Just send in a form and wait patiently. :D

Wow. Freak out first, then calm down.

I got frozen a few days ago. I freaked out, then calm down.

 

They said my account was deactivated by owner, and I didn't deactivate it.

And they go on saying that I went to some off-site that caught my password. And apparently, my pin number.

I have my pin number for everything, including the self-freeze site.

I thought pin numbers were supposed to keep us safe?

 

I emailed my person, Emily, after she activated my account saying that Neopets has a glitch because I don't go to some 'fake' log-in site.

I always type neopets.com, and other sites I visit are Facebook, sometimes Myspace, Gmail, and my university website.

 

Anyway, fill out the form to reactivate your account, and be patient.

I was surprised I got responded back the next day, and my account was reactivated (or unfrozen) yesterday.

During the process of reactivating my account, I lost all my NP. Bummer.
