Why don't you hang on the help chat logged on your side account... There are hissi waiting boards going on, and that's probably the best way to be notify of the next release.

 

And yes, you can't offer items to people for any services they do for you... I don't think that would get you frozen though.

Ok phew.. Well I learned my lesson and will not ever do that again or anything.. :S I got a hissi but my friend wanted one as well, he wasn't so fortunate.

Most likely, you will not be frozen. Maybe suspended, but even then probably not. TNT overlooks TONS of thing. :D
