Ali Cat Posted April 29, 2009 Posted April 29, 2009 You get it when randomly browsing the NC Mall ^^ It doesn't count in your collection because the NC Mall is not available to players in all countries. Basically it's just a freebie avatar that is only for looks, not count. Quote
