Peice of a Map!

I need a peice of a treasure map, I have one last piece to go before I can use the lab ray!

 

I looked everyyyyyywhere for it and I can't find it in the shops at all :(

 

If anyone knows where I can get the left corner piece, that's not way overpriced, please let me know.

 

Even if you have an extra please please let me know.

I'd say to look in auctions or at the trading post...

Some items aren't available at shops, so you can ask people if they would go for seperate peices if they have that one piece you need. (On Trading Posts)

Treasure map piece.

No, they're different things. A treasure map piece gives you access to some typically not worth it 'treasure' whereas secret laboratory map pieces give you access to the lab ray. Treasure maps usually aren't worth the expenditure.

In my opinion, you should sell your pieces. You don't seem to have much NP to gamble...

Hmm true. I mean I have enough saved in the bank but.. I don't see the point in paying almost 100k for a map piece, when the others are really no higher than 20k.. I don't get why that ones so "special"

I reccommend to just sell it. You might get something totally unworth it which is usually the case, so go make some neopoints! ;)

Cases of rarity and lesser releases by TNT i guess. Although, 100k is quite tame already.

 

However (my opinion), i suggest you just sell your lab pieces and be done with the lab ray. Why create your pet and splurge on him or her, if your going to turn the whole thing into a gamble and experiemnt, and not true hard work? Go save up for a real paintbrush, or new clothes etc, instead of leaving it all to chance. I tried it before and it sucked the fun all out of neopets for me (again, my opinion)

naalaro, we're talking about treasure map pieces, not lab map pieces.

 

I'd sell the pieces you have. The prize is hardly ever worth the money you spent collecting them. =/

Another possibility is that you forget about having almost that map and wait to get the last piece in a random event or from Key Quest :P. (That's if you like to gamble.)

Hmm...I wonder if the Lab Ray is worthy? I have enough money to buy it...I'm just not sure if it's a complete waste of money. Is it possible to sell my Lab Ray pieces after I've put it together?

Bot it is not possible to sell the pieces when have already collected all the pieces...that is what I think anyway.

If I was in your place I would have invested in the map. I would have zapped all my pets until I could my dream pet then I will start pound pets. I think that it is a win-win situation.

i think that the lab ray is totally worth it (though i still havnt gotten all the pieces) because, then if your lucky your pet can change into a really cool color,or change species to a pet you needed for another avatar, plus the species change avatar ^_^

Some people adopt pets with bad names, zap them into something pretty, and then put them back in the pound so that they have a better chance of being adopted. :)

I don't think so, because those pets wouldn't have homes without them, you know? I mean, if you didn't have the lab ray OR paintbrushes, would you adopt a Grral named 123add3548ad? I know I wouldn't, because of it's name. I'm sorry, but it's true. But if it's a faerie cybunny, i probably would adopt it. That sounds so hypocritical of me. :(
