The second after I got the Halloween Sidebar (YAY btw, so my fave right now!) I got the Birthday one cos the 1/11 is my bday, and I really didn't notice any increase in random events at all! I was quite dissapointed, I browsed round NP for ages and nothing. The only this is, right BEFORE midnight when I didn't even have the bday sidebar yet I got a codestone, a map piece and the halloween sidebar. That's it!
