It has to match the inflation rate, as in if inflation is 2.14%, you need to have exactly 214 np with you. Inflation is different in all shops, so you will have to adjust the amount of np you have on hand if you didn't find the scale item in the first shop. Refreshing might be involved. tigrasnowscar Posted January 6, 2009 Share Posted January 6, 2009 Also.. this may sound stupid but it took it me ages to realise where the item would appear. Even though they were all shops I kept expecting a random event to appear saying "you have found such and such an item" so remember to scroll down to the bottom of the items for sale and it should be the last one I think?
