treasure map profitability

Questions about the regular treasure map and the spooky treasure map and profits from using the maps.

 

For the spooky treasure maps, I understand you get random spooky food. Are there any restrictions on this variable or can you get any spooky food at random?

 

And for the regular trasure map, is it even potentially profitable?

Yep you can get any spooky food... at least, I don't know any restriction. I turned a Spooky Map in last week and I got this:

Due to the inflation of the map pieces themselves, the spooky and regular treasure maps aren't really worth buying any more - unless you get extremely lucky of course. :)

I did some gamble and got the best ;p

 

I sold it for around 125k.

I personally don't think it's worth it. Though depends on if you get lucky or not.

The spooky map I redeemed gave me nothing good, while Xepha's gave snorkle snout.

There are probably better ways to earn np, that are more guaranteed a good return.
