  1. I believe a weapon is always a weapon when it's being made for that specefic purpose. It's the fact that human intellect allows us to find ways to turn almost all non-weaponry into weapons that makes people nervous.

Sometimes if your watching the news or something, you may hear something like this:

Recently, a man was arrested for using a bat as a weapon

If they were talking about a gun, I'm sure the "as a weapon" part would be left out. Pretty much because all firearms are used as weapons for animals, humans, and self-defense. Like I said before, a weapon is a weapon if it is made for such.

    Dare

    That's easy.

    Metroids are extremely great

    They live on Planet SR388

Captured by Space Pirates and exposed to a ray,

Samus Aran came to save the day

She froze each Metroid and launched her missle

The battle ended with an ear-piercing whistle

Before she knew it, Samus was racing against time

Lights and alarms began to shine

The last seconds were vital as she got to her ship

She entered the cockpit with an amazing backflip

The engine roared as she ascended from the ground

But there were still Metroids left to be found.

I dare the next person to rate my poem/song thing.

  2. I have DDR at my school as one of the fitness activities. Leave it to me to play a really fast song on hard mode in a room full of other people. That was some experience... :hmmph:

My first ever console was Nintendo and my last ever console will be Nintendo. Boy, I need help...

  3. For a nine year old, you really seem to have your act together when you write. What I mean is that this story seriously fascinated me and I actually feel like reading more of it if you continue writing. Great job and I expect great things from you.

  4. Someone has eaten the image :O

    I placed the image there

But I find the D looks like a Backwards G.

Like in UK a Toy shop is called Toys 'R' Us

But the R is the other way round.

So kids might think a G is the same?

I doubt that. The Disney logo is just a bunch of fancy lettering. You just need to explain that to children.

The Toys 'R' Us logo is basically something to be original with. Maybe it's just refering to how some kids write letters backwards and they made it into a logo to give it a kid-friendly appearance.

  5. I didn't just SAY that you were obsessed with Nintendo, Metroid. Of COURSE you're not obsessed with Nintendo. WHY ARE YOU EVEN SAYING THAT I THINK THAT ABOUT YOU?! *shifty eyes*

o_O Thanks for the outburst, ma'am.

If you ask any other members around here, they'll say that I'm obsessed with Nintendo. So... that's old news actually. No need for the confusing sarcasm. If you want to comment about me, go ahead! I'm open!

*Puts up a sign that reads "Comments about Metroid" written sloppy*

You all get one free comment! After that, it's $5 for a positive comment, and $2,000,000,000 for a negative comment.

(Note: If this seems like I'm being sarcastic, I'm not. I'm quite happy and I just want something to do about my boredom)

  6. So bored, I am.

And I'm still waiting to see if Nintendo will stop taunting us with Metroid Dread. I mean, they keep on saying that it's not in production, but they keep giving away hints that it is. Some hints are even found in Metroid Prime 3! When you scan a certain object, it says something about Metroid Dread nearing completion. Urg.

  7. Ho hum. I still need to find a way to get into my other account that requires a somewhat dumb "enter your birthday" thing. See everyone, that it why you should never rush a new account by adding any old birthday date. -_-

  8. Ah, yes. I forgot about the star thing. I don't want it to seem like Metroids can swallow everything.

After making the shells evaporate into thin air, I did notice it seemed a little odd for even a Metroid to do so.

    *Takes out virtual notebook*

My redo should look much better.

  9. I finished creating a video that was created entirely by me. It's called "Metroid Hatchling" and I uploaded it to Youtube. (I'll give you the link at the end)

The pctures were all drawn on Microsoft Paint and were animated on Windows Movie Maker. I painstakingly searched forever on the internet for the aproppriate sound effects for the animation. I think it all was worth it in the end, however.

I would absolutley appreciate it if I could get some feedback from some of you, as I'm thinking about redoing the animation sometime in the future so it can have smoother effects.

Well, that's all I really have to say. If you have any questions be sure to ask on this board. ^_^

    Metroid Hatchling Animation

  10. They sure were random!

I'm not sure if the board is closed, but that's probably because it's not brought to the staff's attention I guess. If it's older than 14 days old, I think, the board will close if someone posts after that period of time. I would go ahead and make a new board.

  11. I'm sure am bored. *Incredibly dusty lightbulb miraculously turns on* I got an idea!

Random Metroid Facts! Useless information you just NEED to know!

    RMF #1:

Did you know that Metroids were attempted to be tamed once in the Metroid Galaxy? Space Pirates have a strict rule against them as pets, as one Space Pirate was killed by trying to domesticate one.

    RMF #2:

Did you know that Metroids can reproduce asexually?

    RMF #3:

Did you know that Metroids were part of target practice by Space Pirates? However, the idea was quickly dropped when one of the Pirates recieved massive head trauma from the life-sucking aliens.

More will come if I'm still bored at times. @_@

  12. Animawler had just finished wiping himself clean of poison as he began walking back to Desin and the others. "I'm fine, for those who care." he grunted as he stared into the sky. Animawler was now certain that not even the sky was safe.

  13. Animawler looked sternly at people around him and sagged his shoulders. Poison from the darts seemed to have dripped onto him a little. Fortunatly, no skin was broken and it caused a mild swollen area. "I'm going to wash this off." sighed Animawler as he began walking away. He glanced at the mountains in the distance once more, detecting life scattered across it. "I don't even want to know what that was..."
