It's a glitch that let's you re-use care packages and emergency airdrops. I'll send instructions in a pm so that I don't run out of space.

having a group of people with riot shields and blocking off important rooms and hallways is extremely fun. also, I learned how to do the infinite care package glitch that's been going around lately (quite easy actually)
