oohh i've heard that taking a shower with clothes on can be soothing! i'm always worried that getting out of wet clothes is going to be the worst experience ever. XD loud music sometimes works too~ i'll tend to sit in a super dark room with white noise playing to try to "reset" myself.

i'm so excited!! i've never participated in the cup before, so it should be super fun.

i think a lot of them let you customize what kinds of products you want! i'm not sure about ipsy since i haven't used it in a while, but i do remember that it asked me what types of colors and products i wanted.

i like to take super super hot showers and just sit in the tub while the water runs over me. i imagine the water droplets are little bits of stress or anxiety that are flowing down the drain while the shower runs.

i got a lot of my mini-makeups from my ipsy bags when i was still subscribed to them! it was nice because i could try out a bunch of different kinds of makeup without having to pay so much lol

it's alright... thankfully i've had to take online classes before, so i understand the basic concepts. it's definitely harder to pay attention during lectures, though... now my neopet is distracting me!!
