Sorry to hear that.  :(  I've never had it happen, but I'm curious, did you have a PIN on everything?  That really is a smart additional safeguard.

Unfortunately no. I didn't see the need for it until today when I started reading all of these horror stories. There will be a pin on everything I can put one on from now on.

Hey everyone- 

Wasn't sure where to post this, here seemed like the best place. I applied for the Chokato (TCG) lend and got a neomail yesterday telling me it was in auctions and how to proceed. I went to the auction, bid and logged off for the night. Flash forward to this morning. I go to login and it's saying the password is incorrect. I put in a ticket, praying my account wasn't stolen and maybe TNT temporarily froze it for the out of ordinary transaction? I'm a premium member so I hope they get this fixed in a timely manner. 

I'm not sure who at TDN to contact about this. I just want to let you all know that I didn't steal the item and if something happened to my account and the item is no longer there, I will work my behind off to buy it back for you guys on top of my collateral because I think what you guys do is awesome. 

I'm so angry about this, I've been working really hard on my account. Just surpassed the 200 avatar count :(

I am so upset this morning. I can't login to my account and I was just on it last night. I didn't do anything out of the ordinary and this morning I cant login. And of course this happens right after I bid on the chokato card for the avy that TDN was lending me. I am SO angry. I'm a premium member too and I put in a ticket but I'm worried that when I get it back it will be completely cleaned out. I put a lot of work into that account and I'm super discouraged.

Has anyone else had this happen? How long does it take neopets to respond?

I won over 500k today following Garet's guide! Finally got over 5mill in the bank AND had enough for the Number Six avatar!!!

That's awesome! I saw asparagus at just over 5 mil and I was so close yet so far... soon it will be mine

Finally able to bring my bank account balance up to 4mil! Since I started playing again a couple of weeks ago, I've been trying to get to that next interest level, and now I'm one step closer~

Hi everyone! I'm new to the forum so just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Cassie and I've been playing Neopets since the site opened. Unfortunately my older account got hacked and taken from me so my current account is only 7.5 years old. I've taken a ton of breaks during the years but always come back to it. Right now I'm really focusing on Avatar collecting and trying to collect as many trophies as I can. I don't know if a ton has changed since I last played or if I'm just older but everything seems so different now! Basically Neo is where I go to unwind and accomplish goals that take much longer to accomplish in real life, like can I please trade my real bank account for my Neo bank account?  :P  Hope to get to know you guys better!
