so I haven't had internet for months and just got it back but to access my account I have to enter the date of birth I put in
stupidly, I didn't put my own birthday in and cant work out what I did put
I sent query to neo but know it can take a long time.. is there any other way I could sort this problem out or is it a case of making a new account and starting all over again? :( really sad cos I had my 3 dream pets on it!!!

i dont know if it may help with this but I had problems with submitting tickets so emailed neo support and they got back to me within 48 hours; albeit it was over a NC mall glitch not a lost account but it could be worth trying?

If you're trading on the Neoboards you can always just do a Shenanigifts swap and get an item you haven't received from this set. As long as it's not the bonus because that will be worth a bit more then the rest. I would suggest posting a value check board on the Neoboards and see what the experienced NC Traders have to say. Most are really good at informing others so no one gets taken advantage of. There used to be several NC Trading value petpages, but over the years they stopped being updated. You can also post on our NC Trading board and see if any of our members have an extra dress to trade. :)
thanks for your advice, I was trying to get rid of the dress and just noticed some great offers and awful offers so hence the wonder over it all.

there are some lovely items, I got most of them and have been easy to trade - I wondered if there was a general value for the teal dress when trading? nowhere seems to have this information and being new to trading I am finding some people aren't always as fair as others. any help would be great please :)

personally I save mine as I am saving for a pastel pb for my new draik but after that I will splurge it too easily!
mine is 11.25pm at the moment, I am hoping to reset it for the morning next time though as its hard staying away I have to set alarms to make sure I get it

i felt the same way when the new graphics landed, it is growing on me now I have got used to it, but there are some questionable things being designed recently! mind you, some beautiful ones also.. customisation and some foods and such have been great as well!
lets hope they take it up a notch or few next time they design new colours, items or pets and maybe let us vote?

Hi! I totally understand your worry and frustration. I had the very same issue as you with submitting a ticket. I do not believe for one second that it is because you are from the UK because for one, I am from the USA and two, neopets deals with people from all over the world. I believe when I had the issue it was when I was using Firefox. Please don't quote me on that though. I was going back and forth between chrome and firefox, so it was one or the other. So, take a deep breath, clear your cache, shut down your computer completely, restart, then open another browser and try submitting a ticket. Keep trying in different browsers until one works. I think you will eventually find one that you will be able to submit your ticket from just fine. If not, you can try posting on Facebook regarding NC issues. They tend to respond quicker to NC issues. Good luck.

I keep trying and restarting and different browsers and different computers and nothing is working ,I have sent an email but pretty sure that will take a very long time to be read and replied to. I do not have Facebook to post issues on but will just keep trying and in the meantime, every day I can log into my account I can breathe a sigh of relief! my worry is just incase they think I am taking advantage of glitches when I really didn't intend to as I really love my pets and my account I don't want to lose it!
thanks again, and if anybody else has similar issues I would love to hear about how it was sorted etc.
update: from upcycle cookie I got 25 NC points and that has been added to my account fine, yet still hasn't decreased; still cannot send a ticket :(
Neo support have emailed me back already! Saying it shouoldnt be a problem and discard anything bought in error (though I am a little confused as I did get extra nc in case of this so what it classes as who knows.. anyway if anyone else is in this situation I think this is probably the thing to do going forward..) thanks for your reply

Ok so for the past 2-3 days I have had problems with the NC mall, first it would take a couple of hours for my cash to update after paying but that sorted, now after buying things it will only show the new amount after purchase screen confirmation but it jumps back up to how much I had before.
I stupidly took someone's advice and got something since as they said it may kickstart it to work, it didn't so I panicked I may get in trouble so added more nc now I am at a loss of what to do.
every time I try to get support it says it can't - contact parature and quote an error code (NC help) and if I try to do it on the main neo help it says it isn't available anymore - I know other people have managed to submit tickets so don't know why I still cant?
I have tried refreshing transaction logs, various help pages of people in same position, refreshing help pages, browsers, different ad blockers and all that kind of thing and nothing is helping
just cant seem to get any help and I am really worried that my account will be in trouble from this!
could anyone help? share experiences or know how to submit tickets when it says service not available?
someone said it is because I live in the UK?

(EDIT - just to add, it has finally got onto the help/contact us page through NC mall and the page goes blank white when I try to submit a message)

I just want to mention that the Quiggle Ballet Tutu, Quiggle Ballet Leotard and My Sisters Frilly Skirt are NP items and cannot be traded for NC items.

yaaay congrats!! I got a krawk pirate morph a while back and she is now amongst my other 2 dream pets, I always wanted a krawk and just saving for a maracite brush for her at the mo!
I would say trading post for the better selection of offers and usually pretty quick but that is just my experience :)

thanks so much for your help (as always!) super useful, I had a hiatus from neo and over the years this new NC mall appeared which I am getting to grips with; much disappointment with not being able to put unwanted NC items in my shop to sell though!
looking forward to the fall items! :D

thanks for your help :) it is working today no problem, if I have another add blocker on top then it refuses to let me play games at all and other sites mess up, but I have 2 types as it is...
it played games ok today, so except for the grey full screen ad every few hours/pages it isn't as bad as before and the bank is really the only one which affects me.
p.s I have issues with flashing screens/flashing ads due to health it isn't me just winging! haha

I have had 19k for several days now, not that I am complaining - but with this 24 hour thing, I couldn't do it on time one night so logged on in the morning and it still worked and still increased too so maybe it is a consistent day increase as opposed to there being set days in our 24 hour system?
just a thought.. anyway love TS just bugging that it is 24 hours not after midnight which was much easier if it ticks over to something like I am now at 10.30pm
so today it is just the blue background with 'loading...' and I cant choose any team for obelisk either it just freezes.. hopefully this is a glitch - anyone else?

yeah it seems you are right, especially with the bank - I get ads popping up and preventing me from doing anything like deposit or collect interest until the ad is finished (often works on a loop)

I have just Norton and mcafee type of blockers and antivirus but usually it wont be a problem and things still load - I am using internet explorer but even on chrome it doesn't work still

hi everyone
so my games are all normally fine and my browser and flash up to date (no problems with anything else or other sites) but for the past 2 days I have had this message when clicking on a game - instead of loading and the % thing going on, it says 'X *as in hasee bounce for example* will start after this message' this then stays on the blank screen with this message nothing else, no matter how long I wait or refresh the site or browser etc.
I have the normal problems on neo like it signing me out after a few pages, say on dailies it will let me do 3 or 4 before I have to log in again but this hasn't happened with games before
I have done the usual site and browser and computer checks also
anybody else getting this problem or know how to fix it?

usually it is between wearables and cute food items mainly ones which are pet based or just look sweet! since getting to my first goal of 1m I am saving for an island pb and maracite pb and then it will likely be back to wearables I think.
I think I now have most petpets, that was my first collection I spent my nps on

You can find these prices easily on the shop wizard and it's much easier to sell them individually in your shop. What I tend to do is refresh the shop wizard a few times and see what the lowest price is. For example the Sho codestone is usually between 5,000 and 6,000NPS so I tend to low ball it so they sell faster and set mine for 5k. If you go lower then what you're seeing and they're still not selling, then just decrease the amount by 100 or 1,000NPS, depending on what you're comfortable with.
the shop wizard continues to be a problem for me, if I type something in it will change it or add something and then search that so I haven't had much use from it, I will keep trying again thanks.
