Finally got the Zafara Double Agent avatar, thanks to TDN lending program! Well worth the wait, even if I did worry that they had forgotten about me in the months between confirmation mails. Lots of other people waiting for that avie too!

Congratulations! I try for this every day but no luck yet!
 
Today I've managed to unlock after a lot of refreshing
 

 
A kind user was also lovely enough to lend me a Zafara Double Agent Plushie so I unlocked
 

 
And finally I snagged a pet with an aged petpet from the pound to get
 

 
All in all a pretty productive day considering Neopets was down for so long when I wanted to be playing!

I'm fairly new here too but also not new to Neopets. Like you I joined to up my avvie count and to get to know some other players - I don't have many active neofriends so it's nice to be part of a community that loves the same things I do!

While out for a stroll, salamandraise looks down and finds 45,734 NP on the ground. Today looks like a lucky day! and i just found out that my ticket was replied to on the help page. Of course, nothing on neopets notified me of such, so it has been answered since the first of december....... Which really sucks, because they offered to delete my premium scratchcards so I can fully use the site again. which means I could have gotten the charity corner avatar -grumbles-

Also, to change one's password and or attached mailaddress, don't you have to confirm that change via your OLD mail address? So didn't you get an mail notification saying that you wanted to change your password or mail address?
I do not know if this is the case, but it seems logic to have to confirm any of such changes, like a safe precaution? If this is really true, that person might also have access to your mail.

And regarding my earlier comment, as Brit already stated above, you said "Recently I saw many changes in my neo account. I suspected that my account has been compromised. But I didn't take any action." I was referring to that, whenever you think someone might have logged in to your account, you should double check your settings (is the mail address still yours?) and change your password.
Better safe than sorry!

Unfortunately, you're asking for help from the wrong people. Only TNT can help in this situation. Also as someone already said; you stated you thought your account had been compromised and didn't do anything about it, until it was to late. That's rather unfortunate, but, it could have been prevented.
 
Anyway, your best bet is to make a side account and submit a ticket that way. Make sure you include as much information as you possibly can pretaining to your lost account. Every little bit,helps. Literally... ANYTHING is very helpful in proving the account does indeed belong to you.
 
Now here's the issue; TNT is notorious for taking their time when handing requests. Meaning, you might be waiting quite some time to get a responce I've head of people waiting MONTHS for a reply, and even then that didn't give them their account back. That was just a reply. When I was hacked, I personally had to wait 4-5 months before getting my account back.
 
Also If you lost anything- like items and neopoints, TNT will NOT replace that.

I wouldn't worry too much about the joke being terrible - I tend to find a lot of the CC entries along the same lines and everyone loves a cheesy joke now and then!

I really like the idea of this thread - I've been reading through everyone's achievements and they're putting me to shame!

I was really excited to get the Dice-A-Roo jackpot but finally getting the stupid fuzzle AV was the icing on the cake. I've been refreshing like mad to get it! Phew! And now it's another day!
