Hey, same here! I played as a kid, came back a few years ago, apparently made this account? I saw a news article about neopets and came back to check it out. I'm super excited to see what's happening at the site! I think we're entering the Golden Age of Neopets haha. My goal is to just have fun again.

As someone who is good at awkwardness and social anxiety, and very bad at making conversation, I'm adding you all.  :thumbsup: Even though I probably won't make conversation, I find it secretly soothing to have neofriends...

I dont have any neofriends this time around. I had a few when I first started years ago but they've all drifted away from the site and IRL. I'm pretty awkward as well and I'm not always on so I'm not sure what I'd contribute as a neofriend I guess? Social anxiety FTW. It would make playing a little less lonely though, especially if they fixed the sidebar thingy.

Also with that piggybacking thing, be very careful on what you use. You can do this relatively safely with acetaminophen (tylenol) and ibuprofen because they are processed through different internal organs (tylenol through liver and ibuprofen through kidneys) and therefore don't cause a lot of damage. I have been recommended this a few times due to my own chronic pain from my doctor and from other reputable sources. Also do not mix ibuprofen with aspirin, so be careful if you use a headache formula of tylenol as they often contain that in addition to acetaminophen (like excedrin migraine etc.). Also mildly unrelated, god I miss marching band!!! But boy do I not miss carrying that french horn while marching. Much better suited to concert season. ;)

Has anyone else been running into extended issues with meteors of kreludor? For the past three weeks, every time I've tried to visit I've gotten either the scientist or the meteor is too hot page. I've waited days in between visits, tried going with different pets, etc. No luck whatsoever. Am I the only person experiencing this glitch/bug/whatever and/or was there something you did that maybe fixed it?

WOOT!!! I didn't even know there existed a beautiful thing to help solve this and I am so HAPPY! Took me about 10 minutes but I finally got past it. YAY!!! It's over!!!!! :dance:

Hi all, I'm Lina. I'm not exactly new to TDN but I am new to participating in the forums. I started playing neopets back in oh goodness, 2001? I can't quite remember but I played off and on for years until 2013 when I got back into it. My life has kinda taken a turn for the interesting since then and I now have more time on my hands than ever before! :woot: :eh: I'm kinda shy and introverted but I also always have a lot to say (its a strange combination to live with, just ask my fiance).
