My daily income now comes mainly from habi. I don't get 100k a day (I average around 50-60k) so really have no idea how people are getting that much from the game (:

Its a tower defense style game. I usually just set up an adequate defense and leave it running in the background while I go do something else (play other games, tend to my habi, RS, etc) after around 10 minutes I check on the game again and found out I already lost the battle but with enough score for 1000nps. Rinse and repeat 2 more times.

Snot Splatter

Basically use your moves to add up to all the smaller snot bubbles and use your last move to set off the chain reaction for max score. If you clear the first round and came out with the X2 powerup then everything will be easier. I usually get enough score for 1000 nps at level 7, maximum.

A personal favorite of mine since the old days. Just aim your cursor towards the second coin with 60-65 powers and *usually* you'll jump safely to the next jelly landing thing. You may need more (if you're jumping to a higher platform) or less (if you're jumping to a lower platform) power so adjust accordingly. This one needs a little bit of practice to get the instincts right though and might not be everyone's cup of tea.

Oh My Gravy thank you for this link!!! I usually cannot run KQ at all on my home computer and the PC I use where I work doesn't have any speaker.

I just played a round and that was literally the first time I played a game of KQ with sounds on lol (I lost btw. My computer can't handle the minigames and everyone keeps on landing on the mini-game square and getting power-ups and keys left and right XD)

I think it all depends on the game ratios, which change each month.

yujinori was adopted so I didn't get to name him. But I like his name so much I started using yujinori (or sometimes yuji) as my username on several online games. He's my little baby :wub_anim: (as in he's my favorite pet out of them all, not baby as in the color Baby :P )

Iemondrops is a play from lemondrops, but I replaced the "L" with a capital "I". Back when before they changed the fonts on neoboards and stuff the letters look exactly the same so I thought it was a cool trick to play. XD

Maisely is a gift from a very kind neopian on the secret lender boards so I didn't name him.

Laienas is not my pet - she was lent to me so she will only be with me until tomorrow

I used to have a zafara named the same as my username, but for some reason I decided I didn't like having a pet with the same name as me so I pounded him. Right now he has been adopted by another user but that user hasn't been online for a long time. My poor zafara :(

I've got the NC prize once like a month ago. Used it to buy a KQ token and kinda regretted that decision since I don't really play KQ that much anymore x_x

Anyway, its just like what everyone here says. The possibility is definitely there, so just do it and some day you'll get the nc prize as well.

Hullo. I have several questions regarding pet transfers.

1. I know that after being transferred to an account, a pet needs a day until he/she/it can be transferred to another account. But how does it work exactly?

Say if I received the pet at 8,00 PM NST, will I be able to transfer the pet after midnight NST? Or do I have to wait 24 hours until 8 PM on the next day?

2. The rules only mention that I can transfer X amounts of pets in a calender month. But can I do multiple transfers on the same day?

i.e. if I have 4 pets, is it possible to transfer 2 or 3 of them away on the same day?

If you like a color but it's on a species you don't like it kinda makes the combination weak IMO.

I'd rather have a color I dislike on a pet species that I love.

But then again that's just me. :p

If it's for the reason you stated, then no, it's not weird. IMO it starts getting weird if you play an opposite gender for perverted reasons or to take advantage of other players.

Of course, we're talking about MMORPGs right? (or any game that lets you pick a gender for reasons other than pure cosmetics, really)

Mind you, my dad is still alive. But I can't recognize my dad after his second stroke around 2 years ago, so it doesn't feel like he's still around anymore.

Pretty much all avatars that takes luck and skill (i.e. flash game avatars) to get >.>

I came pretty close to getting Ice Cream Machine and Freaky Factory, and was actively trying to get them that they became a part of my daily income. After several years of long hiatus, however, my clicking skills has gone rusty and nowadays I can't even score enough to get 1000 nps. :thumbsdown:

Oh and wheel of extravagance. Its not that I can't seem to get it. I just can't wrap my head around the idea of wasting, like, 100k a day on something that's not profitable at all. I mean, how much money would I need to make a day to warrant that kind of expense? Okay I know you can actually get more than 100k a day from a combination of habi, flash games, RSing and stuff, but I'd rather save those points for a dream pet, thankyouverymuch.

I'm more partial towards Maraquan actually. But getting Pink for 2 avatars at once is also not a bad choice if you still haven't got that.

I don't have any of the avatars yet, so Imma wait and see which one got picked the most and follow the crowd. :P

I'm still experiencing problems when using Firefox. Haven't tried IE though.

Btw, I feel I need to clarify that this problem does not only show when I'm on neoquest. The site in general almost always loads an older version of a page whenever I click a link.

So when I'm viewing my inventory, restocking at a shop, visiting a city, etc, After clicking the link to go to that page, I have to hit refresh before the it actually loads the newest version.

I figured the problem is either in my connection or my browser set up. The game (and the whole site in general) works fine whenever I'm logging in from other PCs though.

Another thing I just noticed is that links from external sites (such as TDN dailies) always load the newest version of that page.

I tried that method, and this is what I got:

(assuming my starting position is 0,0)

1. Clicked left -> game loads my character moving left 1 space (new coordinate -1,0)

2. Click down -> moves down 1 space (-1,-1)

3. Click left -> move left 1 space (-2,-1)

4. Click down -> move down 1 space (-2,-2)

5. Click left -> move left 1 space (-3,-2)

6. Click down -> move down 1 space (-3,-3)

7. Click left -> move left 1 space (-4,-3)

8. Click down -> move down 1 space (-4,-4)

9. Click left -> game displays screen number 7 (-4,-3), which is the result of when I last clicked the left button.

10. Refresh page -> game updates the correct position of my character moving left 1 space (-5,-4)

11. Click left -> no change

12. Refresh page -> game updates the correct position of (-6,-4)

13. Click up -> move up 1 space (-6,-3)

14. Click up -> move up 1 space (-6,-2)

15. Click left -> game displays screen number 12 (-6,-4)

16. Refresh page -> game updates to (-7,-2)

etc.

I hope that wasn't too confusing >.>

And yes I waited around 30-60 seconds after each step.

When I did it without the wait, the problem occurs as soon as on step 3 (which is the second time I clicked the left button)

So, although the problem occurs much later in terms of click counts (With fast clicking, the problem happens by the second - third click. By waiting for 30-60 seconds before clicking, I manage to get to 5 clicks before the game went buggy again), the problem is still there.

 

Bad case of RNG it would seem. I hate RNG -.-

Umm.. Sorry but I don't really understand how the test is supposed to be done. XD

I'm a pretty fast clicker if I do say so myself. My download speed is pretty decent, but I heard its pretty low in international standards. On a good day I can get up to 2.5mbps, but usually its around 1 - 1.2mbps on average.

I tried clicking fast, but after the second click the page immediately loads to the previous "version" so I still have to refresh to get the newest one.

Some of my best experiences on neo came from my old guild. I forgot what the guild was called (that was years ago, give me a break! lol) but the friendship and closeness I felt in the guild was priceless. I wish I remembered their username so I can contact them again, but then again there is no guarantee that they're even still active on neo.

Others included getting lent expensive stuffs for avatar. Including ZDAP and FQD without collat.

Luck based experience? Not so much. The best luck I've ever had is winning 20k from Buried Treasure. XD

Oh but finally getting that Rorru avatar after 12 years of being on neo feels good as heck, so yeah I guess that counts as well.

Nope. No theories here either. I just spend my 1000-stocks-a-day quota on any company I stumbled upon and cross my finger that one of them will hit my selling price one day. Just be patient and wait it out. Stock markets have always been considered as a long term option anyway, so I don't really expect to gain any short-term profit.

And yes, the stock markets are randomly generated. If I recall it was affected by the users' buying and selling patterns at some point waaaay back in the past. To simulate real-life supply-demand law and all that I suppose. But guilds were beginning to manipulate the stock prices to their favor and the competitions went ugly fast so TNT decided to make it random instead.

Currently trying to get some game avatar that I almost got in the past. And pet avatars as well. As soon as I hit 25 posts or more Imma apply for the avatar pet chain lending programs from TDN to get more avatars. :3

Oh and back when I was still pretty new on neo I decided to collect all cheese items. XD Its still there in my gallery but I think I'm still missing a lot though.

Gosh.. After reading what everyone else does to their pets, I feel like such a terrible owner :whaa:

I do everything with and give everything to yujinori. BD trainings, books to read, even food and toys and such. Provided, until recently I only have two pets in my care but still. Poor Iemondrops... :sad02:

Depends, Do you find the battling aspect of neopets enticing? If the answer to that is yes, then yeah the training is worth it.

Everyday you can get 1500 neopoints and 15 random items from BD (short for battledome) How much money you get out of your daily battles heavily depends upon how lucky you are.

I'd also love to have a team of elemental themed neopets. So it'd be something like:

Maraquan Draik (water)

Earthland Xweetok (earth/wood)

Faerie Xweetok (Air)

Magma anything (Fire)
