I used to have premium so I could use the SSW and I loved it. I decided not to renew with all the lag at the moment, but I'll probably renew once things are sorted :)

 

 

That's too funny about your friend walking you through it on your landline. When i started my account, i still had the old-school dial-up internet connection :P It was soooo slow. :sad01_anim: :P

 

I first started playing back in the days of dial up too! Oh the arguments with my family though.... it felt like my mum would never get off the phone ;)

I always sell when they go above 60 and only save 100 just so that I can watch how high they went up :)

I am terribly indecisive so it takes the stress of that away if I set myself a goal that they have to hit ;)

I am 23 and still playing neopets :)
I started playing when I was about 10 and stopped playing for a while when I was about 15. I actually came back to it when I started university (same as college in the US right?). One of my roomates asked me if I played and she got me back into it :)

To be honest, I don't think I would have made it through my degree if it wasn't for something like neopets to help me escape for a little while.... Although it was terribly distracting when I was meant to be writing essays ;)

I've not told many people I play though... Just my boyfriend and my mum who also plays :)

I just ate a baked potato with cheese on top :)

I just sold a load of shares with no issues :)

I love the changes Pipsy, I think the biggest shock to the system was how many games there are now. Neopets has come a long way since the games cupboard :D

And Bre... this is normal now, particularly at weekends in cities.

 

 

A wet spooner will stir their tea to get the spoon wet then put it into a bag of sugar and only use what clings to the spoon for sweetness :) Yorkshire tea is the tastiest, even folk from Lancashire drink it... but coffee is definitely better.

 

Oh yeah I had forgotten about the games cupboard!
