You can use a saved image or an image's URL. I just used the URL of a picture of an I Beat the Pant Devil foreground. Because I beat the Pant Devil.

I just used images.neopets.com for my awesome logo. Here's how it works:

 

Find an item you like to have as your avvie.

Right click the item.

 

Depending on what your browser does next, you can either

-Click Properties, find the image's URL, and copy it, or

-Click Copy Image URL

 

You just change your avatar with the URL. It is quite spiffy.

Maraquan Shoyru are my faves. I also would like a Mutant Hissi. That would be cool.
