  1. I'm also curious about the Fan Sites part. If they were to just feature Petpages, why not call it Petpage spotlight or whatever they were calling it before? And if they're linking us to their FB in the community hub, then they're already semi going against what they punish us for...which is posting links for sites other than Neo...which makes you wonder if the Fan Sites part will be off site links as well. If that's the case, than it sounds as if they're trying to attract older Neopians rather than children now.

  2. Man...I totally forgot about the Oreo Os. I loved eating them, but they always seemed to remind me of hard dog food...same with the Reese's cereal. Needless to say, my imagination is a bit out there lol.

Right now, I can't get enough of the Cupcake Pebbles. I think it's mainly because of the sweet taste, and the fact that it's loaded with sugar...best way to start my day haha.

Are you talking about Honey Bs...the Winnie the Pooh cereal?

  3. They've already received $15,000, so hopefully there will be a kind rich person who will match the donations up to a certain amount, or that there's enough donations to cover at least most of the surgeries so he doesn't have to worry about the costs.

He'll most likely have a nifty eyepatch for the eye that no longer has an eyeball.

  4. I'm glad the man isn't letting the media nor the traumatic incident really get to him, and it's also shining a bit of light on how homeless people are just like everyone else. Here's to hoping he fights the infection quickly so they can fix more of his face up!

  5. Does anyone know the after effect the drug has on people? I could only imagine how troubled the person would be when they found out they did something horrendous like eating someone else's body, but does the drug have a permanent effect on the mind or anything?

Pikachuu - Not everything that is "bad" for people is snorted/inhaled. And also not everything that is inhaled is bad for you.

passiflora - My boyfriend and I had a zombie CoD binge a while back, so just as long as we have the right weapons, our safe house will be ok lol.

  6. Like most drugs, almost all of the ingredients are available over the counter and in general stores...but you have to add in the fact that you don't just mash them together to make the drug; it takes precise measuring, "cooking" at the right temperature, mixing them in the correct order, etc. There's a reason why everyone's not making drugs...it's time consuming and difficult.

The only people we can blame for the drug is our society. Bath salts are being sold in convenience stores, head shops, etc...and "legally" because they find loopholes such as slightly changing the ingredients and such. It's quite similar to the whole Spice ordeal...it's a synthetic marijuana that is not meant to be ingested and can kill you. They made Spice illegal, but all they did was change the ingredients...although they did a test on the actual product and found that most of the ingredients on the label aren't actually in the product.

You have the idiots who are taking the drug, and you have the ones selling it. If you take the drug and do something illegal, you go to jail...if you sell it, you get a slap on the hand pretty much. There's something wrong with that.

  7. I'm glad you finally have a good charger and USB keyboard!!!

As for me, I'm quite picky when it comes to electronics (mainly my computer). The only thing I have bought that is not made by Apple (I have a Macbook) is the plastic cover I have on my Mac. Needless to say, I have the wrong computer for a poor person, but I love it too much to get a PC.

  8. Hmm, maybe I should plant some Gurple Bushes... Having trouble? Keep looking! I know you can do it.

You are supposed to bring me:

    potion10.gif

    Lime Elixir

Of course I get this after I discard all of my junk items. -___- lol

  9. “If you take the worst attributes of meth, coke, PCP, LSD and Ecstasy and put them together, that’s what we’re seeing sometimes,” Mark Ryan, the director of the Louisiana Poison Center, told the New York Times

Users experience a mix of physical and psychological symptoms. The stimulant can cause excited delirium and severe hallucinations. Users can become violent and suicidal. People often experience a super-human strength, and long-lasting euphoria or paranoia, reports say.

Sniped that from an article I had read about the drug.

    Little side note...

I'm sure the person eating the man's face would have been traumatized knowing what he did/ingested, so maybe it's better that he was killed.

  10. This. I find that it happens the most when the pests are attacking nests, annoyingly. But yes, it is common.

Now that I think about it...I believe it's only happened to me while they were attacking my nests and maybe once or twice while they were attacking one of my hospitals.

Most likely just a glitch that TNT has yet to fix.

  11. The drug (called bath salt) isn't that new, but the people could have bought from the same batch that had something in it causing them to go into a "cocaine psychosis" so to speak.

The only good to come out of all the chaos is it shows people why not to do drugs.

And the man who stabbed himself in the leg, stomach, and neck who threw pieces of his skin and intestines at the cops was in New Jersey. They had pepper sprayed him, but it did not effect him, so they called in the SWAT team. They have yet to say if he had taken any drugs or is just mentally insane/unstable.
