I've accidentally put things in my shop for 1/20th of the price. Like a Green Uni Morphing Potion is worth 18,000 or so (last time I checked anyways), and I forgot to add another zero, so in my shop it was 1,800. So.... lost a bit of money there. But other than that, nothing too bad, thankfully. I hope you save the money soon! At least it's not actual money....

So I'm having trouble getting Eyrieki as a challenger.

 

TDN Battlepedia says:

How to unlock: To go the Temple of 1,000 Tombs and click on any coloured door. Grey doors also count as coloured doors.

 

So I followed the link and then there's a picture some doors. One looks like a Christmas tree, the other is golden with colourful diamonds on it, and the rest are grey. I clicked on all of them, but nothing happened. I kept clicking on the different doors, but then it eventually takes me to the front of the Temple of 1,000 Tombs:

 

So it just locks me out and Eyrieki still isn't a challenger! I've checked my list of Battledome challengers in the 1 Player Battledome, just to make sure I didn't miss the event, but he's not there.

 

This has happened to me twice: I went to the Tomb and clicked on all the doors until it locks me out. If anyone can tell me what I'm doing wrong, it would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Does anyone want 50 unique Usuki items? I just got them for the Lawyerbot avatar and before I sell them individually, I wanted to know if anyone wants them for all for 20K?

If you think that the death of a loved one is the worst thing you can feel (since you say that whatever I was feeling can't trump the death of a loved one), I'm glad to say that you don't know true pain.

 

I've had plenty of deaths of loved ones. I've seen people die of slow illnesses (seen, mind you), I've had one friend commit suicide, and I've had a couple of friends die suddenly from a drunk driver. One friend (not a close friend of mine, but still a friend) got murdered, and it took months to find the body. It can be depressing, sure. But trust me when I say I have had way worse.

 

I probably should have said "you can't say that it automatically trumps the death of a loved one."

And just to clarify, are you saying that, yes the death of friends/family can hurt, but the pain you felt was worse than that? Don't you think that all that death caused you to want to kill yourself.... at least somewhat?

 

I have never experienced the death of someone close to me, I can only imagine. So please excuse my ignorance. I'm just trying to understand.

I lived in China for 8 years and the smoking there is CRAZY. I don't smoke but I may already have lung cancer. I think it's gross and that no one should do it, but all of the smokers I know wish they could stop, so don't think the smokers themselves are gross, just the action of smoking. A lot of kids will cough loudly or something whenever they pass by a smoker to tell the smoker not to smoke. I think this is extremely rude, but at the same time, there are certain places where people should not smoke, and if their smoking is putting other people's health in danger....

 

My cousin and I were walking somewhere and the person in front of us dropped his cigarette butt on the ground. My cousin picked it up, tapped the person's shoulder and said "Excuse me, I think you dropped this." And then he handed the person the butt back. I just thought that was awesome :)

Overrated, but I really like his new song, Boyfriend. He sounds so much like Justin Timberlake!

Besides the weak lyrics and the whales singing in the background, the songs ehh in my opinion. I don't really like those kind of songs: songs like One Direction's What Makes You Beautiful and I guess most of JB's other songs. They seem like they're just trying to appeal to (insecure?) girls. Not that there's anything wrong with that, he makes a lot of money for it, I just feel like it extremely insincere.

It's good and bad, but it depends on whether or not the good makes up for the bad. Most of the Daily Dare Items increase in price after a year of their release so you can sell them for a good sum of money. + you bought them for nothing! But it sucks when you buy something for 100,000 and then you later see it for 50,000 or less :(

A new plot? Would Neopets really do that? Because it feels like the last plot just ended recently. I don't know, I've only done two plots...

I myself am also a vegetarian; I think meat is pretty gross too. I don't think that being a vegetarian makes a person unhealthy at all, so long as you get protein from other sources. I also think your friends are wrong by telling you you should eat meat to be healthier, but I do think you could benefit from getting more calories from healthy, nutritional foods, and less from junk food. I apologize if I'm out of line for saying that. Like many have said, weight is only one indicator of overall health.

 

Veggies for the win :) I think everyone who says that models who walk the runway are anorexic are being unfair. Yes, being overly thin and being overly fat is unhealthy. But what may be too thin for another is perfectly fine for someone else. That said, our media does glamorize being thin. So much so that many people have eating disorders because of it. Myself included. Thankfully I'm getting better, but media should do a better job of promoting different kinds of body shapes and skin color and face types etc.

Ughhh, sexism. I'm generally past the point of being angry about it, now I'm just... sad. Did you know that women get charged more (in general) for clothing, hygiene products, cars, etc. just because people figure women arent as pushy so they wont do anything about it?

I think it's an incredibly selfish thing for someone to say that suicide is selfish because you're not thinking of all the other people who care about you. You're saying that the depressed person's own feelings don't even matter as much as other people's. You're saying that someone's own personal torture isn't as important as how someone else might be sad.

 

Me, yeah, I've attempted suicide. And let me tell you, I did NOT go easy on myself. It was then that I discovered that my body was pretty much indestructible. Crap, I have lived through pretty much everything. These days, I'm mostly cool with my life, although some days physical movement makes me want to die. But let me tell you, I've suffered some pretty godawful stuff, and if I'd committed suicide when I wanted to, I would have saved myself years of torture. Yes, torture. The word is not an exaggeration. Let's put it this way, I had some minor surgery where they cut out some swellings from my hips, and I didn't bother with anesthetic, because in comparison to the pain I'm used to...meh. I've had days where yes, I genuinely want to end it all just to stop hurting.

 

If you've ever suffered anything like this, then you understand why a little selfishness in wanting to end it all is not nearly as selfish as someone else saying "But I'd be so saaaad without you!"

 

I disagree with you. I don't exactly know to what extent the pain of someone who commits suicide, but you can't say that it trumps the death of a loved one. Church's have the right to deny gay people the right to get married at THEIR church. If it's truly against their beliefs, no one should be forcing them. However, the government should be instituting laws that give gay people the rights of a married couple: different taxes, right to see the person in a hospital, etc.. But these excessively religious people who come in and say that "marriage is a sacred bond between a man and a women and homosexuals getting married would desecrate on that bond, blah blah blah" is ridiculous. Please excessive religious folk, please tell me if what Kim Kardashian and Chris watshisface did was not a desecration on marriage! If you think marriage is such a sacred bond, then you might as well outlaw divorce!

Shooting an animal is definitely animal cruelty. I believe in putting a animal down, just like taking someone off life support, to help the animal, but shooting it...?

I really hate it how anorexia and being very skinny is so frowned upon in our culture, but the opposite extreme is okay. And by our culture, I'm not talking about the media, I'm talking about how if you called someone fat, it's extremely rude, but to so "oh you're so skinny" it perfectly fine. So yes, I think an obese person should have to pay for an extra seat. Being obese is a problem. Just like an anorexic's health is at risk, so is an obese' persons health.

I used to be completely COMPLETELY for abortion, but then some of my friends told me their opinions and how if you're having sex, there's always the consequences. Then my opinion on abortion turned into still pro-abortion, but there should be a way to consequence the people who are having unprotected sex. AND THEN my mom argued with me that even if you're on the pill or using condoms, there's still the chance of pregnancy. So after that, my opinion is kind of turned back to the original. It's not like anyone wants to have to have an abortion, but what if they're just not ready to have a child. Yes, however small that child is, it's still a life. But is it better to cease the life before it really begins, or is it better to bring the life into a possibly miserable world?

 

I'm in agreement with you. I'm totally against abortion for me, but I don't think the government should have a say in it at all. What does it have to do with the government? It's someone's personal decision. No one should be able to tell someone else what to do in such a personal area.

I think the world needs more people like you: people that disagree with the actions of others, but respect their right to make those actions.

I don't like his music and I don't like him based on what he said about abortion/rape. He said something along the lines of it sucks that people get raped but everything happens for a reason...

 

Oh my gosh I completely agree. Many people just blindly hated him. Personally, I didn't like him as an artist and I didn't like his screaming fan demographic, but that abortion/rape comment makes me think he's actually a horrible person or just very stupid. I read a study about why preteen girls love Justin Bieber and the boy band kind of music groups so much and the study said that it's because these boy bands look and/or sound like girls. Because they seem feminine, young girls don't feel threatened by them, and that's why they find Bieber so attractive. Lol, you don't have to believe that, just thought it was funny.

I don't really like woodland. Baby is cute for most, not all though. Eventide is soooo pretty :) And even though transparent is kind of creepy, it's pretty cool.
