  1. I thought it was impossible. I could only hit about 200 something.

And then, herp-a-derp, I realized that when they switched the buttons, they didn't do so randomly.

So I leaned to the left after the first control switch, and got it on my first try.

Much easier than glancing at the screen and lining it up each time.

    Made me feel silly, though.

    Still, got AAA!

  2. With those rules, I'd so cheat. I'd spend it all on codestones, resell them after the day was out, and then keep the million Neopoints towards my savings fund that will eventually become a Draik crosspaint thing.

Assuming I wasn't trolling the rules by cheating, I'd buy a Shadow Paint Brush and a Moltara Silhouette Background. Also for my future Draik, but more towards the cheaper stages of obtaining a Draik than anything else. xD

  3. I had the same problem. My fix was to do it in Internet Explorer, but I'm not sure that that fix would work for everyone. Sadly... you'll probably lose your score, if you haven't already. I had to clear the first stage a dozen or so time while trying different things — running only Firefox on really high priority, different browsers, the same on a different computer and different browsers... I'd tried basically everything I could before it occurred to me that I hadn't tried Internet Explorer. I also downloaded all of my plugins like, twice to be sure.

  4. I'm going to school to become a high school teacher. I know, it's a weird career to aspire to be — when I say that's what I want, people ask me if I'm just giving up or don't think I'm good enough to do what I actually want to do. But it makes sense... I've always been into the school setting, and when I was younger, I used to play teacher with my sister, and I spent a lot of high school tutoring other people.

My only decision is whether to be a Math or an English teacher. Currently leaning towards Math, because being an English teacher involves a lot more work (essays, man, and if you're at a school with Senior Projects, they do a lot with that, too)... but I do really like essay-writing and reading and all that junk. Math is harder to teach with less paperwork. Personally I think I want Math so that reading and writing can continue to be my hobby, and so high schoolers can't 'ruin' me like they have a tendancy to do other English teachers (... I've never had a 'happy' English teacher. I got along with all of them, but they were more 'doom and gloom and dark humor' than 'happy go lucky,' like I am).

  5. Nice to meet you, Aly! I'm Lora, or Tomato, whichever one you like best. :3

And I used to watch One Piece all the time~

That was a really hilarious anime. I haven't seen it in a long time, though, because I stopped watching normal television and never really thought to pick One Piece back up online or whatever. x_x; And I mean that was a really long time ago, lol.

  6. I'm not trying to troll.

Although, hopefully your friend didn't actually tell his parents.

Somethings are ment to remain secret.

Did he actually try to get over his lust for the same gender?

Or was he one of those who simply never tried?

And yes, I chose to be straight.

Edit: And before anyone asks, I'm not religious. <_<

Honestly, it sounds more like you're in denial than anything else.

Biologically, there have been studies done on the differences between the brains of a homosexual man and a heterosexual man — they're still doing studies, but so far, there has been evidence that there is a major difference. You can't just cure something in your brain, nor can you just cut it out... all you can do is cover your own ears and scream that it isn't happening, and live your life as you think you're supposed to.

Homosexuality isn't unnatural.. Certainly, it doesn't produce offspring, but homosexuality has 'been a thing' about as long mammals 'have been a thing.' Possibly longer, even. Our species is actually the only one that seems to outright condemn it, or maybe I've just never heard of bonobos stoning lesbian bonobos or tigers isolating the two confirmed bachelors that hang around each other all the time.

Homosexuality can't be cured — it can only be personally denied, like a celibate priest or nun. Denial isn't a good thing, it isn't a step forward, it isn't proof that homosexuality is a bad thing... it's a step backwards that just perpetuates gays as being weak and scared. Which they aren't. Being openly gay isn't a walk in the park or one gigantic orgy or anything. It's putting yourself out there and hoping to be accepted (and not you know, tormented) instead of pretending to be 'normal,' even if you're not.

    Puzzles...

I'm kinda shocked you went around and rated everyone 1 star who had something to say against you. It's the debate chat. There are two sides. If not, it wouldn't be a debate.

What, seriously? What kind of pansy tactics are being perpetuated here? Debate, man! Don't troll people with low ratings. You knew before you posted that your opinion was unpopular and that people were going to argue with you in the debate chat.

  7. It's bad, because I keep finishing the first level on Hard with enough bonus points to know that if I just get through the game, I'll beat the score. But my plugin keeps crashing! I tried updating my plugins, but that isn't helping. Maybe a different browser? What is everyone playing on? I've got Firefox, which usually suits me well, but it's failing me right now in my time of need. D:

  8. Uh, yeah. Relationships freak me out. o_O; I think I might have an alternate sexuality that I haven't quite hammered out myself (probably asexual, but I think if I just mark myself as that, it feels like I'm 'giving up,' so I'll just keep at 'possibily alternate' until I figure it out). I get crushes and go on dates from time to time, but as soon as we start progressing anywhere emotionally/physically, I'm like, "WELP THAT'S IT FOR ME, TAKE ME HOME." It's some kind of mind-block, and I'm hoping it's just because I haven't found the right person yet, but it's one of those things that might just be one of those things, you know? And I've always liked the guys I go out with well enough, til they make trout mouth at me.

    I make no sense. D:

  9. You can only get a gold key if you play the game with all five keys. It's not really worth it to play with just 2 keys, as the winner will only get a bronze reward. The number of players doesn't affect the prizes, however, just the number of keys the game is played with.

  10. I'm finding the glitches in Super Hasee Bounce really annoying... Other than that I think it's fun! It's going to take me a while though. lol

Yeah, everyone is being driven bonkers by getting stuck in between two rocks, or having to commit ritual Hasee suicide because of blank levels that you can't get by any other way (and even then, I'm not 100% sure that it works). People are even having trouble sending their scores. D: I think TNT was like, "NO. THIS MANY PEOPLE CANNOT BEAT AAA TODAY."

  11. I don't really play Habitarium anymore, since I hit level 50, but from time to time I do Keyquest. I mostly play regular Neopets games for my paltry 35k a day... basically the ones found on this list, because they're quick. If I do Keyquest, I can earn about 50k-80k, assuming I get a good amount of codestones. I save over long periods of time... over the past what, five months, I'm finally up to 1 million?

  12. Watch out for certain balloons, they can be a real pain. D: There is an S balloon that isn't the regular Hasee 'S,' but a smaller one up in the corner... if your Hasee hits it, be ready to make a quick save, because the next bounce will be fast. Play it on regular size with low quality to reduce lag. You don't get many more points playing on Hard than Regular (which was my mistake), and you don't have spikes to look out for in Regular. Definately use the mouse, your reaction time will be better.

The game does glitch a lot, and it's mostly luck based... if you can aim at all with the seesaw, try to hit every Donutfruit bubble before getting all the letters. The Donutfruit is the only other way to get points, so you want as many of those as possible. Even better if you get one of the x2, x3, or any other x# bubbles just before.

It's best to try and play until the end for the extra points, if you can, because a lot of people have been having problems with needing somewhat higher scores to actually get noted for beating the challenge. I don't know if it's still an issue or not. I've also heard about people getting blank levels and Hasees going through the seesaws, but I think those are usual glitches.

  13. I couldn't balance Subeta and Neopets, not at all. D: I love Neopets for it's games and it's always seemed like there is way more to do... I dropped Subeta after a week, at most. xD I'm trying to dig up my old account to see what I used to have, out of curiousity, but man is it being a pain about it. D: No 'forgot username' function, which would have been much easier and helpful. I mean, I'd need both my password and my username sent, but it's not giving me the option for the latter...

    Anyways.

Yeah, it's really a gyp to make you do the Battledome for the event. I mean, Neopets has you do games for major events, but they're generally easier and give you a bit of leeway on them. I'm not talking Daily Dare, that's totally different — I mean for plots and stuff, where they have a game or two that you have to play to get the next link for a chapter or something.

  14. Welcome to TDN forums! :D People here are pretty cool, so you're sure to make a few Neofriends. :3

And rockin' pets! :D I have a few Kougras myself, but I got a Baby Lupe instead of a Baby Kougra. D: Baby Kougras need a scarf. Or one of them over-sized collars. They're still adorable, but nekkid. MSPPs are awesome as well. ;3
