Hi everyone.

 

I have been directed here by some users on the neoboards. My husband (he's a professional programmer) and I have decided to create a website dedicated to the 'old neopets' and the unconverted art and asked what community would have members that would like the idea and were old enough and responsible enough to help be administrators or may be interested to play the site and I had multiple people suggest the Daily Neopets so here I am!

 

About me:

I'm 24 years old and have been married for almost a year now. My favorite animals is the lemur! I used to be really into Neopets ages ago before the conversion and recently coming back I've been a bit sad that I'll never get a Royal Girl Cybunny anthro version. That's been my motivated for making the website (So I can make a Royal Girl Cybunny).

What's the point of having 5 accounts anyways? And also - can you send things among accounts? When did they start allowing 5 accounts per user?

I get a similar error, but it always says "Neopets servers are down... can't send score at this time"

but it was for Attack of the Slorgs.

*sigh* My score was 5,723 so no avatar or trophy for me. It still does that even now I gave up on it for now x-x

With all their servers - I don't see how they have problems like this. It's ridiculous, isn't it?

I'm in my twenties and haven't played Neopets since I was about 13. I'm hooked for now and I'm keen to meet other Neopians who are older than 12, as well as find out and share tips and tricks for earning neopoints, finding an appropriate guild, and generally having good time.

That person does it because they want neo users - without buying site advertising on Thedailyneopets.com - they'd rather make threads about their pets, to see who joins and become a member. Site advertising is more costly.,

To be honest, I actually feel like this holiday has been a complete waste of time. My first exam is less than 3 weeks away now :( My school ran a few "Easter School Classes" in which people could choose to go in to study certain subjects during the holidays. I went in for every one possible, as I am incapable of revising properly at home... WAY too many distractions and my mind is usually not in the right place.

Gah, when the term starts again I think I'm going to confiscate this laptop from myself and get my head in gear until all of my exams are over.

It's so hard when your break is used to study - and not having fun with your friends, when does summer begin for you?

I think an option to turn off players shop and user lookup effects, some have really bad flashy or some terrible music on them. The sigs on the boards could use some separation from the text.

That's a good idea - a way to turn off images would be nice as well - like a low bandwidth layout.

Hey guys, I'm back from a Neopoint earning spree. I made some extra from those wheels in my opinion.

 

Not to mention that I did get a kick out of Despicable Me as well last night at my mom's workplace. :)

What were you doing to earn neopoints? Restocking or?

I used to play Neopets when I was younger - a teenager - but I haven't played since, so how long have you been playing? Have you taken breaks and played again?

Let's say Viacom decided to go ahead and revamp some of the features on Neopets - which ones do you think they should revamp and why?

I was in a debate at my school, and it was on a very personal matter, (praying in school) and there was another kid who totally went to far on a kid when he agreed. To the point where the screaming and fighting made the teacher send the kid out. I think that there is debating, and there is calling people out or going to far. I think that there is and would like for others opinions. Do you think there is a line? Or that debates can go as far as they can?

When someone starts to yell over a debate, then that draws the line and you should stop debating with that person.

Restocking is pretty easy to make neopoints - but you have to be fast and haggle fast. It's good to have a fast internet connection.

Why? Neopets seo hasn't been updated in years - it doesn't adapt to today's web technology - in terms of ranking, and having quality keywords to rank for.

The neopets keyword itself gets 3 million monthly searches.

Well, I sent a ticket to the TNT team a week ago and still no response! Granted that it was on a weird subject (my old account. sigh...) I would expect a reply saying we are still working on it, can't be fixed, or just ignored. But noOoOoooo! Nothing. Way to help my feelings TNT! :sad02:
