Luna mentioned this morning that they are under another attack which may result in interruption of service. I haven't noticed any disruptions yet

Neopets has made a statement explaining the recent sporadic downtime plaguing the site - it was a DDOS attack. They have taken the appropriate measures to try and mitigate the situation. Per TNT Luna,

We don't know much information but some people found out that it actually isn't to do with Neopets itself but rather the CND company they use. All we can do for now is sit tight as it appears to be out of Neopets' hands too.
