    Rant: Impatient TP people

    Alright so I have had it with those impatient people on the trading post! Every time I put up an item I always put 'DO NOTWITHDRAW!' in hopes that maybe they won't.. o_O

     

    I put something up one day ago and someone that had made an offer on it sent me like 5 messages, offered and withdrew two times a piece and I was like.. *SMACK*

     

    Their last message was something along the lines of 'I want to know if you are going to accept or not because I won't let it rot much longer'.

     

    ...

     

    Rot much longer?! It's been like one DAY! Alright alright, done ranting. Still think it's ridiculous though! XD

    TNT must really be running out of ideas as to what to release. Or just plain don't care.

     

    Well.. I find a couple things wrong with this statement.. XD

     

    1. If the pictures themselves looked hastily made or crappy then yes, I would say they didn't care. However I think they are beautifully represented and that they obviously DO care, or they wouldn't keep coming out with them.

     

    2. Have you seen how many images there are?! Of course they are running out of ideas. Also they can't just do, say, a Cybunny in a slightly different pose over and over again.

     

    I agree that it is a little strange to release Halloween-esque images in June but they are quite darling!

    Hmm.. question for you all. I ran out of gift boxes so I was just going to purchase the fancy ones.. Well apparently I can't, they are only for decorating already existing boxes. So waht do I do now?? I have 5 items left but n boxes. I can't send them without boxes!! ARGH!

    I got some crazy bug up my butt the other day and bought like 7 of the mystery capsules. I don't know why since I don't really need teh stuff.. So I thought I would give away the stuff. However, since this cost me real money, there will be a few guidelines in order to get these for free.

     

    1. First of all I will only give it out if you have 300 posts or more here on TDN. I loveTDN and I want to promote being active. If you feel this is unfair I'm sorry but well.. it's my stuff. XP It took me like 3 weeks to get that many posts.. post more!

     

    2. You may only have ONE item. That way more people can have a chance.

     

    3. Items are first come first serve.

     

    Alrighty then, we are gonna do the whole copy and paste the list into your post thing. So make sure you copy it from the last poster's post so the list stays up to date! Put your name beside the item you want.

    My oldest account got frozen because I was making contests in the neoboards. Someone thought I was trying to scam users so they reported me. I found out now that it's against the rules to have contests on Neopets so I feel it was technically a fair freeze. Of course most people on TDN will say yes to the last questions because a lot of people make threads here after they get frozen.. LOL

    This part of the code is wrong:

{background color:#ADD8E6 URL('http://i244.photobucket.com/albums/gg30/bnt3rb/RelianearLayout.jpg');

     

     

    First off if you were going to tell it what bg color to be you need to add a hyphen ('body-color', not 'body color'). But since you are telling it to also add a background image you need to remove the '-color' part. So the correct way would be:

     

    body {
background: #ADD8E6 url('http://i244.photobucket.com/albums/gg30/bnt3rd/RelianearLayout.jpg');

     

    Make sure also that you do not use capital letters in your CSS or coding as this is not correct.

    It is very very very very very very rare to get the 500k. I have knocked over a couple of them but they haven't exploded. I do it every single day nd have been forever now. Don't expect it too soon!

    png files are just my favorite, mostly because they usually keep the image as you made it, unlike those stupid gif & jpg files

    Yeah and png files happen to be 3 times as large as all other files.. lol

     

    Anyway, adorable art. :) I can't hand draw anything for crap, never could. *sigh*
