• Operating system (Windows, iOS, Mac, Android, mobile, etc) and its version (OS X Lion, Vista, XP, etc)
  
• If network issues: your router brand and model

 

With all requests for programming help, please include:

• The code that you're trying to troubleshoot (and its language)
  
• What's broken with your code (what are you trying to fix?)
  
• The steps you've already taken to fix the problem, if any

Hello everybody!

 

TDN Forums have gotten a massive upgrade. We've upgraded to Invision Power Board 3.2. You'll notice that TDN Forums has an entirely new style (although the same theme). We're really excited about this release! Some major things that have been updated are:

• New rich text editor
  
• Instant quick reply
  
• Forum profiles
  
• Forum and topic views
  
• Improved account controls
  

New features include:

• Autosave draft in editor
  
• "Like" reputation
  
• Tagging
  
• And more...
  

One of the biggest changes is that the concept of avatars has been phased out. Avatars are now referred to as profile pictures. Due to this change, all profile pictures and avatars have been deleted or reset. Also with this change: TDN Forum's "Personal Photo" policy has been entirely phased out. Profile pictures should be treated much like social media sites like Facebook and Twitter; keep them entirely appropriate like you would anywhere else.

Today marks The Daily Neopets' sixth birthday! For over six years, The Daily Neopets has been providing the best Neopets help for Neopets players. Thanks for the messages regarding this. We have indeed been dealing with site slowness issues for about a week now. We've written in to our datacenter and they've found out the culprit of the problem, but the actual fix is still pending, as they want to dig deeper into the problem to ensure that they've isolated the problem completely.

 

These issues will be fixed soon. b) Hang in there. And when we're down, somebody will be on the phone with me letting me know, so I can restore the site.
