Should I accept?

Ok, someone just offered me a Skootle Bug on one of my trades. I just wanted to know if I should accept it and what is a Skootle Bug anyway? How much is it worth?

A Skootle Bug is a petpet... according to the Trading Post it is worth 4-5 million BUT I think that is just false inflation as in the items database they're listed as only 200k :/

I wouldnt accept it because the petpet is clearly the victim of another false inflation march. Besides the Orange PB is worth around 900k if you look at TP prices, so why offer a petpet that much more worth? I smell a possible scam.

Glowing jelly is work 1NP generally and a Tai kai is worth 8000NP approx in the SSW, so nope not a really a good trade at all.

From my experience you have to offer an item from Your Items to trade. People offer a cheap item like glowing jelly or an unlabelled tin can as a throw away item in order to trade the goods for money.
