Mysterious avatar and personal photo problems fixed!

Hello everybody,

 

We've just recently SQUASHED two major bugs which didn't allow any users to upload avatars or upload personal photos. A couple of days ago the avatar problem was fixed, but the personal photos problem remained. I just wanted to let you know that now BOTH OF THESE PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN FIXED. :D Be sure to keep your avatars and personal icons up-to-date and within the confines of our rules.
