Altador Cup coverage page

I was wondering if you could change the colour of the text? It is very difficult to read and I have to highlight the entire page just to read it. The background of the page with the black lettering just does not blend very well causing you to have to strane to read the text.

Thanks

Danielle

I'm not getting this same problem, so it might be a problem with the contrast settings of your computer. Or possibly, it's already been fixed. But anyway, my suggestion is to try and adjust your contrast/brightness/color settings, and see if that gets you anywhere.

The letters are white. :P So it's your screen/browser.

I would recommend downloading Safari or Firefox. :) Google them.

I would say the problem is from your monitor. On old and dark monitor, the page is probably hard to read. However, that's the best color combo that we could find.

I checked the site on a number of computers with a few different browsers, and the text shows up as white every time, so I'd say it's a problem on your end. I'd try adjusting your monitor's settings first, and if that doesn't work then you could switch to one of the browsers Superfly mentioned above.

i dont know if this will load but I am working on a new dell laptop that i just paid 1500 dollars for so I really dont think that it is my monitor. Are you all saying that when you load the coverage page that all the lettering is already in white? Because when I look at the page on the date and time the post was done is in white and the links to click on are white but the rest of the lettering is in black. No buddy else can see this? Please let me know thanks

Eheh. Don't sound patronising to them. Because if I'd not have forgotten to point it out before, I would've said something. It is, indeed, black writing on that dark grey background. And that's one IE 7.

Don't worry, you're not the only one. :)

Quick check on my old ALP browser (Which is basically Firefox with a couple of little add-ons), it's also black. Weird.

XD For some reason I thought you were talking about the link text and time tags, not the actual page text. Reading over the posts again, I conclude that I probably need more coffee. :P

The text does show up as black for me, but it still manages to contrast well with the page background, even at low brightness. I guess it's not really a monitor problem, more like a settings difference...
